Breakfast, 2 rooms with inter-connection doors, restaurant (nice food with gluten free options)
Parking charge was too high (20 Euro/day), at the end there was a courtesy waiver & henceI didn't matter on this case; but for future, a factor while booking again. Next, it was not made clear that one has to pay for each facilities like gym etc.

I liked the hotel very much, the prblem is that i wanted to get one of the glass walled bathrooms but i didn't. The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friednly and helpful. The metro station is only 5 min walk from the hotel.
we could not open the window! internet very expensive. spa as well very expensive!

We stayed only one night there so it's diffucult to give clear opinion about the hotel. Generally we had really good time. The room was nice and clean with comfortable bed and room bar/fridge. There was pretty big bath in the bathroom.
From our experience the hotel is not really ecological conscious. We bought bottle of water from room's bar ( the water in the tap was too chlorined to drink it) and for that we received A4 size, fancy, the best quality of paper receipt. Probably this paper had higher value than this small bottle of water.

An absolutely wonderful quality to price rate. A little more, and I would tag it as a design hotel. The price was in between several 2* hotels and the level of service was a full 4*.
Pool and fitness center were not included, but for this price it was almost obvious.

Great price for a 4-star hotel near the city center. The room design is also very nice. Besides, there is the possibility of using other facilities such as the spa and the gym for a very affordable price.

Can just recommend for a momentary visit
Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, and convenient access to the metro allowed us to explore with ease, while the super clean cleanliness and excellent dining options made for a good stay.
Absolutely satisfied.

The hotel was pleasant, the staff were terrific, FAB experience overall. Tidy rooms with very comfortable beds, polite services. Fast check-in, convenient check-out. A gym available for guests too. A lovely area, stunning location so close to Bilbao, and the Old Town.

Close to the metro to get to the bullfight on time but not in the expensive centre of Billbao

The staff speaks English, the location is good if you drive (although it's not exactly in the center) and it's cheap.
The shower was just ridiculous. It's a glass cabin right at the entrance with no door or curtain, so no privacy at all; plus it was not operating well. The hotel is not the most renovated, and generally 4* is too generous.
